Honors English III/AP US History (Period 3rd)

This course combines Honors English III and Advanced Placement United States History into one 36 week course.  The class covers the AP curriculum from the 9 periods of United States history as well as an additional focus on literature and writing skills.  The course studies literature from Arthur Miller, Washington Irving, Edgar Allan Poe, Mark Twain, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Harper Lee, and even Stephen King taught chronologically in conjunction with the APUSH content.  The course also focuses on computer literacy and the curriculum content can be found in its entirety on Canvas.
