About Mr. Justis

My name is Larry Justis. I am a 7th-generation Greene Countian, growing up on a small farm in the Romeo community. I attended Baileyton Elementary School (K-8). 

 

I have a Bachelor's degree in Languages (concentration in French; I also studied German and Spanish) from East Tennessee State University, and a Master's degree (in Education) from Cumberland University. I studied abroad at the University of Paris in France during my junior year at ETSU. 

 

I am married and we have one son. We attend Warrensburg Baptist Church. I enjoy doing things with my family, especially outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, camping, and hunting. I also enjoy working on the farm--hay, animals, fencing, food production, making soap, etc. I listen to all sorts of music but mostly current hard rock, 90's alternative and 60's rock. I watch action/thriller and comedy movies and tv, as well as sci-fi (e.g., Star Trek and Star Wars). My favorite YouTube channels are car/truck, farm-related, how-to, and funny videos.
